Can I use 62099 in SPICe+ for company registration?
Yes. SPICe+ Part A asks for the main industrial activity as five-digit NIC-2008 sub-class codes. You can give up to three, with one marked as primary. Use 62099 as primary if it describes the activity that will earn most of your revenue.
Is 62099 also used for Udyam and LLP registration?
Yes. LLP incorporation (FiLLiP) uses the same NIC-2008 codes, and Udyam registration asks for NIC codes for each activity. GST is different: it uses HSN codes for goods and SAC codes for services, not NIC codes.
