DSC & Name Reservation
A Digital Signature Certificate is processed for the sole director, and the proposed company name is reserved via SPICe+ Part A.
SPICe+ Filing
MOA, AOA and the nominee's consent are filed together through SPICe+, the same integrated form used for Private Limited Companies.
Certificate of Incorporation
The MCA issues the Certificate of Incorporation along with PAN and TAN in the same filing.
